Turning 24

Turning 24 is about realization, realization that a person should be sufficient for themselves. To be okay even without approval of others, to treat yourself as your own best friend and be able to work your way into the best version of yourself. We already have people hating on us, why bother weighing down on yourself?

Turning 24 is about being grateful. Grateful for people who still around you, and even more grateful to people who choose to walk away from you. At the very least, it will eliminates the toxics who don't appreciate you enough. Because when you meet the right hellos, you'll finally found the good in goodbyes.

Turning 24 is about forgiving. Because sometimes your friends and even yourself could do you wrong without even realizing it. It's ok to be upset, but eventually you gotta realize everybody makes mistake, and theirs are not representing who they are in heart.

Turning 24 is about being okay. okay to have problem, okay not to be okay, okay to be stressed out, okay to be vulnerable, okay to cry yourself out loud on your ride way home either because of somebody's ugly words, or because you watched Rachel Green moved out from Monica Geller's apartment. Because only strong people could tear their walls down and be vulnerable. And let's face it, without the stress, the problems, the tears, the bad decisions, our life won't make a perfect rollercoaster ride.

Turning 24 is about 24. 24 years for 24 hours everyday is a miracle. Your laughs, your jokes, your smiles, your friends, your fams, your breathe, your doubts, your fears, your thoughts, your ups, your downs, your sad, your joy, your good, your bad and yourself.
